Demand Letter Receipt

The process begins when the employer submits an official Demand Letter detailing job descriptions, quantity, salary, terms, and conditions. We verify and authenticate all employer credentials before proceeding.

Step Two

Visa Attestation

Once the Demand Letter is verified, we assist the employer with visa attestation through the Bangladesh Embassy in the destination country, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Candidate Sourcing

We advertise job opportunities through verified channels and our extensive candidate database. We identify, shortlist, and contact the most suitable candidates matching the employer's requirements.

Screening & Trade Testing

Candidates undergo rigorous screening including trade tests, skill assessments, background verification, and employer interviews — conducted either on-site or via video conference.

Medical Examination

Selected candidates are sent to government-approved medical centers for comprehensive health screenings. Only medically fit candidates are cleared for deployment.

Documentation & BMET Clearance

We handle all documentation including employment contracts, insurance, BMET (Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training) clearance, and travel documents — ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.

Pre-Departure Orientation

Candidates receive a comprehensive pre-departure briefing covering workplace conduct, rights and responsibilities, cultural awareness, safety guidelines, and contact information for support during overseas employment.

Deployment & Follow-Up

Workers are safely deployed with confirmed flight tickets and airport assistance. We follow up post-arrival to ensure the worker has settled in and the employer is satisfied with the placement.
